BMA Bell Awards Entries

Frequently Asked Questions |   Help

Am I limited to how many team members I list on my entry?
You may list up to six team members, including yourself, with their titles. There is even an option to add a new title not already in the title pull-down menu. We know you want to give credit where credit is due!

Can I submit the same art in more than one division?
Yes. The components of an integrated division may be entered SEPARATELY into individual divisions. However, each entry requires it's own entry form and entry fee.

Do I have to fill out all FOUR criteria sections?
If you want to win - it's best to answer all four criteria: creativity, selling proposition/objectives, production and results. Each factor accounts for 25% of the total possible score.

How do I get help?
First try the help files by clicking on the book with the question mark. Contact Siobhan Marks at smarks@xxlmd.com for any questions not answered there.

I'm not sure what category my work should be entered in.
Enter the division that has the closest requirements. The judges will move an entry into another division if they feel the need warrants it.

In what format do we submit our print entries?
We accept multiple PDF files for each entry. However, each PDF is limited to 2MB in size. The judges will review all PDF files online.

Is there a word count limit for each section of the criteria?
Yes. Each of the criteria sections are limited to 720 characters (approximately 100 words) or less, including spaces. For a more detailed description, please go to the "My Entries Home Page - Judging Criteria" tab in the "Help Section" files.

What if I don't know how to report results?
Results can be measured in many different ways. Numbers, percentages, sales goals, and other metrics are always nice - but not always available. Think of results in different ways - did you meet or exceed your goals/objectives? Did your client or colleagues give you feedback?

What type of entry could a B2C company have in this competition?
Business-to-business refers to the audience, not the company. For example, an internal company newsletter would be considered a B2B application. So is an annual report to shareholders.
